In fact, our company founder is on the Massachusetts Board of Service Technicians. He is fantatical in his desire to make sure the products we offer are always serviceable within our location.
For equipment purchased directly from Home Theater Concepts, we offer house calls and Concierge Service is available.
If the need arises that we must return the equipment, we deal with the maufacturer for you. Additionally, we provide every purchase with extended warranty options.
